Schools

Move & Groove is a 6 week facilitated course which encourages children to move to music. ABL will work directly with schools in the area to develop a session plan that can be carried on well after our intervention has ended. Children will be supported to understand the connection between feeling good/happy and exercise as part of the 5 ways to wellbeing. See the poster below.
