Healy Nab – 6.5kms
19 September 2017
First part of the twin peaks challenge was achieved today. 6.5 Kms covered and over 12000 steps.
The weather stayed fine, the views were spectacular and the walkers all agreed they had enjoyed the experience. We hadn’t banked on their being free entertainment but the lovely George kept spirits high all the way round the walk making the morning even more enjoyable.
The pictures were taken along the route and at the top of Healy Nab. Big thanks to Bibby’s farm for letting us use the scout hut and car park as a meeting place. It was also a great place to grab a hot brew at the end of the walk.
